Heading to the gym today? Here’s a basic treadmill circuit that I do a couple times a week. If you’re new to incline walking, hold on to the treadmill, or take 3-4% off the incline. The speed is pretty slow and steady. If you are a beginner, and still want to get your heart rate up, try walking slow at a 1% or 2% incline and doing an single arm shoulder press while you hold on with the other hand. Anything with your hnds over your head will increase your heart rate. G
