Don't be fooled by all the hype.  Why B12 Injections just aren't enough!

Have you ever been driving down the road, listening to the radio only to hear the new MEDSpa offering B12 injections on sale that are guaranteed to BOOST your energy?

Have you ever actually tried one or tried getting them on a regular basis??? My first experience with a B12 shot did NOT measure up to all the hype.

First of all, lets cover the basics. . . . B12 is one of the nutrients that is used while our body is handling STRESS, so if you experienced a stressful childhood or deal with repetitive stress as an adult, you're likely deficient in this CRUCIAL vitamin. As for the shots, there's only about 1000mcg of B12 in ONE shot and if you're #deficient in B12, you'll need WAY more than that to get a boost! Not to mention, you'll want to supplement on a regular basis.

The most effective way to absorb b12 is as a sublingual and it should be a mix of adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin. Adenosylcobalamin is an ACTIVE form of b12 and produces energy on a cellular level. A deficiency in this form of B12 can cause early symptoms such as fatigue and/or early aging.

This little guy right here has 2500mcg in ONE Dropper and is a combination of 2 of the most bioavailable forms of b12 which helps to support your liver and your nervous system!!! If you suffer from overactive nerves, memory loss, confusion, brain fog, insomnia, muscle cramps, etc, you'll definitely want to give this a shot!

Did you know???

Vitamin b12 is NOT a plant based vitamin which means if you are vegan or not eating meats temporarily, your b12 levels can drop. B12 is created by microscopic organisms or bacteria, by animal products fermenting in the gut. If you're vegan, you'll DEFINITELY want to supplement with this vital nutrient.

Sounds gross, but if you're cutting back on the meats and have noticed a significant lack of cognitive thinking abilities and maybe fatigue, this little guy might be to blame!

In good health
