Treadmill Workout

Heading to the gym today? Here’s a basic treadmill circuit that I do a couple times a week. If you’re new to incline walking, hold on to the treadmill, or take 3-4% off the incline. The speed is pretty slow and steady. If you are a beginner, and still want to get your heart rate up, try walking slow at a 1% or 2% incline and doing an single arm shoulder press while you hold on with the other hand. Anything with your hnds over your head will increase your heart rate. Go get it!!!
